3. Eligibility

  • Students are typically aged 4 to 15 years, unless specified otherwise in course details.
  • Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Accurate details must be submitted during registration.

4. Registration & Account Responsibility

Parents must provide valid Name, Phone Number, Email, and Child’s Grade during enrollment. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Attending scheduled classes on time
  • Ensuring stable internet access for online sessions
  • Using the same registered contact for communication

We may reject or cancel registrations with false or misleading details.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Program fees must be paid in advance to confirm enrollment.
  • Fees vary by course and duration; details are shared before enrollment.
  • GST/Taxes may apply as per regulations.
  • Payment receipts are shared digitally.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds once the course has started.
  • Free demo class may be provided before enrollment.
  • If a scheduled class is missed due to our fault, a replacement class will be arranged.
  • Missed classes by the student will not be refunded or compensated.
  • Refunds are not applicable on digital study materials or STEM kits once delivered.

7. Class Conduct & Discipline

We maintain a safe learning environment. Enrollment may be suspended if:

  • A student behaves disruptively or uses inappropriate language
  • Harassment or abuse occurs
  • Misuse of platform, hacking, or unauthorized recording is detected

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, videos, worksheets, and STEM curriculum are copyrighted and owned by Tinkerscape EduHub.
  • Prohibited: sharing, copying, recording, reselling, or redistributing any course materials.
  • Legal action may be taken for violations.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect Name, Grade, Phone, Email, and Study Interest to deliver educational services and official communication. We do not sell or share data with third parties. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Safety Disclaimer

  • Our programs encourage learning and creativity but do not guarantee academic grades or exam results.
  • Parental supervision is advised for STEM experiments.
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or device issues.

12. Third-Party Tools

We may use hosting services, payment gateways, video-conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet), or LMS platforms. You agree to comply with their respective terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Internet/device failure during classes
  • Delays due to force majeure events

14. Termination of Services
